First, single transparent paste construction - tool raw materials

Paper cutter (requires a new blade)

Rag (dry - because the single pass is attached to the glass, as long as you wipe off the dust, it can be slightly damp)

Second, single transparent paste - method steps

First of all, distinguish the picture of the single transparent paste first, and indicate its order clearly. The width of the single transparent print should be suitable for the distance from which you open your arm. Beginners can start from 100-120. The large-area paste method of the single transparent glass paste requires 2 people, one person is responsible for the paste, and the other person is responsible for the start. Therefore, the mutual cooperation must be unified. The person responsible for the paste above should pay attention at any time, and they should not be sloppy. The person below should do their own thing according to the instructions of the person above.

Arrive at the scene, first build the scaffold, then one person will mark the single transparent screen, discharge it well, put the tools on the body, and fold the first single transparent screen (5-10 cm is enough). The other person will scrub the dust or water droplets on the glass to avoid warping the edges after the single transparent glass is pasted (it is very troublesome to repair the warped edges in the later stage, especially in summer, if the rework is not good, it has to be repasted, so the cleaning of the bottom layer is a key step), and then determine the position of the single transparent paste, usually from the right to the right, which is easy. So on the left, you must first determine the line, and don't paste it crooked at that time.

For the height, I will follow the height of 3 layers of scaffolding - the person at the top, take the single pass that has been prepared in advance (folded), roll the single pass from the bottom to the top, and then put it on the shelf to uncover the adhesive part. Then grab the two ends of the uncovered screen, lean on the glass (don't stick it, lean on the glass first), the other person stands on the next floor, connect the single pass that the person above put down, grab the left and right two ends like the person on the upper floor, and then align the already made markings on the left. The person at the top determines whether the person on the next floor is aligned, and then stick the uncovered single pass on the glass. You can start pasting from a point on the left, and then the middle. If there are folds during the period, it doesn't matter, first find the horizontal horizontal line and press it, and the folds on it can be uncovered and reattached.

After the previous step is completed, the people on the next layer need to be ready, grasp the two ends and lift them up (the distance should not be high, and the force should not be too large). For the people on the previous layer, pull the backing paper behind the single pass down from the opening. The pulling process should be slow, so as not to fall off the upper mouth just pasted. When the backing paper is pulled down, you can pull it 30 cm first, and then slowly go down, step by step, don't worry. If you are in a hurry, the single pass will be wrinkled, because the single pass material will become very soft and strong after the corrosion of the printer ink, or if you are not careful when scraping, it is easy to cause problems. Then go down step by step until the bottom is pasted with glass.

The next step is to paste the second single-transparent glass sticker picture. When pasting the second single-transparent glass sticker picture, you need to pay attention to the splicing of the picture. Sometimes one step right or wrong will cause the following picture to follow the previous one skewed. Therefore, when splicing the second single-transparent glass sticker picture, you can first make instructions with your hands. For example, use your finger to represent a length, and then have a reference comparison when splicing left and right. When matching the picture, the person who starts needs to put his hand in the middle of the single-transparent picture and press the left and right ends of the single-transparent picture firmly on the glass to prevent the picture from deviating. The person in charge of pasting the picture needs to uncover the upper end of the single transparent picture, compare the single transparent picture on the left, stick it on the glass, stick it firmly, and then pull the back paper down about 10 cm. Scrape it with a scraper, and the people on the next floor can let go, and follow the method of pasting the first sheet.

The above steps are for reference, but you can find a small single transparent glass sticker before sticking the single transparent glass sticker, and experiment on the glass. In addition, if there are folds on the way to sticking the single transparent, leave them alone and paste them directly. What you need to ensure is that the whole picture is pasted smoothly, and the wrinkles can be cut open with a paper cutter. Pull the folds apart and scrape them flat with a scraper.
